The Summer Shefa Assistant is responsible for helping to manifest the missions and visions of Abundance Farm and CBI in the context of the Shefa Teen Program. Shefa — Hebrew for Abundance — is a teen educational program centered on meaningful work outside, community building, and Jewish Food Justice.
